This policy explains what personal data Relentless Performance Centre (“RPC”, “we”) collects through this website and when you contact us, why we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why

When you contact us (WhatsApp, phone or email): your name, phone number or email address and what you write to us. We use this to answer you and to arrange sessions. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract.
Website analytics (Google Analytics), only if you accept cookies: pages you visit, how you arrived on the site, device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and clicks on booking buttons. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Legal basis: your consent.
Advertising measurement (Google Ads), only if you accept cookies: whether your visit came from one of our ads and whether you contacted us afterwards. This tells us which ads work. Legal basis: your consent.
Hosting: our host, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Map: the map on our pages is provided by Google Maps. Google may collect data when the map loads, under its own privacy policy.

If you reject cookies, no analytics or advertising cookies are placed. Google may still receive limited signals without cookies or identifiers (for example, that a page was viewed), which it uses only in aggregate.

You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the services we use to run the business: Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps), Meta (WhatsApp) and Vercel (hosting). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, for example in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Messages and contact details are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you train with us, for as long as you are a client, and then deleted. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email us at wayne@relentless-performance.be and we will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
